The following Rules will govern the Competition 1-The Competition is confined exclusively to
ninateur photographers.
2-The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the hest photographs in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by the form below. 3.The right to publish any or all of the entries.
In the Telegraph is reserved. 4-Photographs which have been already entered
in local competitions are ineligible. 5.At the conclusion of the Competition, entries will be returned to competitors on application at this Office within seven days.

Photographs which must not be less than x4" (excepting in the Children's Bection) should be printed in black and white, with the entry form Hghtly pasted on the back.
