I have the honour to transmit to you copies of two further despatches from Sir B. Robertson, H.M. Consul at Canton relating to the case of the Carisbrooke.
I also annex a copy of the Rules under which the Mixed Court was formed, and took cognizance of the Case, and of the decision arrived at.
