I have suggested that Article I be modified so as to
include the Indian Mail steamers
which run from
from Hongkong to- Singapore and thence direct to
Calcutta. These steamers are under
Contract, run once a month- (with occasional extra boats) and are the main channel of Indran
lof. correspondence with this Colony. Upon Article 25 I have reported as follows:
