BORDERERS VENUE ALTERED
JUNIOR SHIELD FINAL
LOCAL "DERBY" AT VALLEY
(By "Veritas"),
Quite a lot of switching about has been done to the forth- coming week-end league foot- bali programme. Sunday's match between the Lincolns and Navy has been transferred to Saturday, and negotiations are now in hand to play the St. Joseph's v. East Lancashires
game on Saturday, thus leaving
Sunday clear for the Junior Shield final.
Borderers and the Royal Artil- Hery were to have met on the Club| ground by special arrangement,}| but the venue has since been alter- ed. and the match In scheduled for Caroline dill at 3.15.
The old-time local "Derby," Club v Kowloon, figures as aboutį the most attractive league en- gagement, and in view of the Club's smashing success of last week, and Kowloon's vastly im- proved form one is diffident in making any prognostication re- garding the probable outryme,
There Дестин no reason why both St. Joseph's and the Border- ers, leading contestants for the championship, should not draw further away from their oppon- ents, the Lincolns, Navy and South China,
