Of special significance to the Portuguese community, the Pro cession of Our Lord dos Passos at the Roman Catholic Cathedral yes terday afternoon, was attended by a very large gathering.

The function was all the more unique owing to the presence of woven Bishops, who had arrived in the Colony to attend the Chapter of the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions of Milan for the purpose of electing a successor to the Very Rev. Fr. Paul. Manna, the retiring Superior General of the Institute.
