LAND INVESTMENT CO'S NET PROFITS
The report by the Directors of the HK. Land Investment and Agency Co., for presentating at the annual; meeting on February 21, states:
The Directors submit a general Ktatement of the affairs of the Company, and balance sheet for the year
ended December 31, 1933. The net profits for the year, after providing for All Directors
and auditors' fees amount to $1,112,906.08 which with the amount brought for ward from last year $774,510.69 gives an amount avaliable for division of $1,887,615.01.
From this amount interim dividend of $2 per share on 300,000 shares (3000,000) has already been paid leaving a balanco of $1,287,516.01 available for appropriation which it is proposed to deal with as follows: To a final dividend
