An amendment is being proposed to President Roose- velt's. Monetary Bill which will provide for the re- monetisation of silver.

Details are not disclosed concern- ing the form of remonetisation planned, but it is significant that the announcement of the proposed amendment was made by Senator Wheeler following a conference at the White House with President Roosevelt.
