Mrs, Walker, of 4, Broadwood Road, was summoned before Mr. Hawkins in the Central Pollcó Court this morning for allowing her dog to be abroad in Broad- wood Rond without a muzzle, nor on the lead on Decembar 20 last.
Answering the charge on behalf of his wife, Mr. Walker pleaded not guilty,

against the risk of having to pay, some enterprising person £20,000 for the delivery to him of the Loch Ness monster alive and well. The sum which they charged Mr. Ms indicates that they do not consider the risk by any means negligible!
As announced in The Daily Mail Mr. Milla's offer holds good if the monster is delivered alive to him by January 25 at Olympia, Ken- sington, W., for exhibition at his circus and fun fair.
Mr. Mills was asked if, in the event of the monster being. de- livered, he would 'accept the re- sponsibility of keeping it alive.
