London, Dec. 31. Lord Algernon Percy, second son of the sixth Duke of Northumber- land, died to-day.-Our Own Cor- respondent.
Lord Algernon Percy, M.A vice-Lieutenant for Warwickshire, was chairman of the Warwickshire County Council and former Colonel commanding the Third Battalion Lord Northumberland Fusiliers. Algernon was A. D. C. to the King from 1902 to 1920.
Born in 1861, he married in 1880, Victoria, eldest daughter of the fourth Earl of Mount Edgcumbe. From 1872 until the time of his marriage he was--a lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards, and was Conservative M. P. for Westminster, from 1882-86, and for St. George's Hanover Square, 1885-87
