WARRANT FOR ARREST ORDER BY CHIEF JUSTICE
In connection with the failure of the Bui Fung pawnshop, a warrant for the arrest of- Chau Pik-yuk, managing partner of the shop, was appiled for by Mr. W. J. Lockhart- Shilth, Ometal Receiver, at the Bank- ruptcy Court yesterday.
It was stated that Chau had failed to appear in reply to a notice re- questing him to attend for his public examination, and it was then ancor-| tained that he had disappeared.
The Chief Justice, Mr. J. R. Wood, made an order for the warrant to be Jasued.
