desire shall give notice in writing to the Surveyor of Her said Majesty, Her Heirs, Successors, and Assigns in the said Colony, or to the person for the time being executing the duties of the office of such Surveyor in the said Colony, such notice to be given not less than six Calendar Months before the expiration of the first seven years of the auid term of fourteen years, and shall pay and discharge all arrears of rent and perform and fulfil all and every the covenants and conditions herein coutained, and on his or their part to be performed and fulfilled, then the said term of fourteen years hereby granted shall absolutely cease and determine at the expiration of the first seven years thereof. PROVIDED A150 and these Presents are upon the express Condition that full Power is hereby reserved unto Her said Majesty, Her Beirs, Successors and Assigns at any time during the continuance of the said term of fourteen years hereby granted to rosane and take Possession of all or any part of the said Piece or Parcel of Ground hereby demised if required for the Improvement of the said Colony or for any Public Purpose whatever, Three Calendar Months Notice of its being so required being given to the said
