Reference to Colonel Moggridge's plan attached shows the proposed new drain passing through a piece
ha
of ground which I have coloured: yellow, and which is the private property of Mr Edmund Sharp. who only
can sanction the
encroachment.
If however the drain be
deviated in the direction shewn
by a line which I have dotted in
blue, it will be
land and there is no
entirely
objection
on Crown
