Meanwhile, the stage has been set. for the formal discussions between the spokesmen of these two powerful Industrial groups, whose interests have clashed with sorious economic consequences in various parts of the world,
The meeting will actually com- mence to-morrow in London, and proceedings will be devoted main ly to paving the way for future discussions.

The Hongkong Schools made a clean sweep of the events, claiming the Championship flag, presented by the former G.O., Major-General Sandi- landa, winning by 116 points to 44. Hongkong scored completo triumpha In the fourth, fourteenth and seven teenth events, while they garnered another Ave points by a splendid win by a length in the team race.
