HIS DECISION TO HOLD THE FASCIST: PARADE IN DEFIANCE OF MR. DE VALERA'S BAN.
A proclamation which was issued by Mr. De Valera in the early hours of this morning prohibits the holding of the Blue Shirt parade at the time or place at which it is proposed to be held or at any other place within a day before or three days after.
