An oxcellent instrumental concert nt the Peninsula Hotel Inst Sunday night provided entertainment for a large and appreciativo gathering.
Every item had its attractivo féntures. The programmo includ- ed tho Overtura Raymond" (Thomas), "Excerpts from La Feria Suite Espagnolo" (Lacome), Overture "If I were King" (Adam), "Highland Laddio" Selection (Serodi); "Song of India" (Rimsky-Korsakov), and "Dance of the Hours"from the Ballet Glocontia (Ponchielli).
Prof. Harry Ore delighted the audience with a piano solo Roa eini's Overture "William Tell" Hearty applause brought him back for an encore number.
Another concert ia in course of preparation for next Sunday night.
