NEW NAZI LAW FOR CIVIL OFFENCES.
Berlin, July 23. Death will be the penalty in future for any netion against public oMcfata or Storm Troopers.
The extreme perialty will also be imposed upon any person guilty of the distribu- tion of so-called atrocity propaganda Imperllling the dignity and existence of the State.
These measures were announc- ed by Dr. Goering after an emergency meeting of Ministers, and Nazi leaders in Governors Berlin to-day.
