A sequel to a loan of $40,000 was a claim for $125 insurance premium at the Supreme Court this morning.

Tee Ling Yee, widow, Bonliam Road, sued Lul Min and Li Ngo, both living at 144, Wing Lok Street, for this amount which, sho alleged they should have paid As insurance premiums under the terms of a mortgage for $40,000 which she loaned on November 24, last year.

Mr. F. C. E. Rendall represent- ed defendants and Mr. C. L. D'Almada appeared for plaintiff.

Mr. D'Almada said that when his client discovered that the policy of insurance had lapsed, she paid the premium herself and was now ciaiming for reimbursement.

Mr. Rendall said his clients had made an offer which had not been accepted. The premium, he con- tended should be subject to a re- bate of 70% and not 50%.
