has been productive of a further important diplomatic success, the conclusion of a non-aggres- sion pact between the Soviet and soven other countries.
The pact was signed to-day by M. Litvinoff, and the representa tives of Afghanistan, Esthonin, Latvia, Persia, Poland and Turkey. It consists of five Articles and one
annexe.
