London, June 14. A crowded House of Commons received a further disappointment late last night when Mr. Neville Chamberlain was expected. to make an announcement of the Cabinet's decision on the war debts question.
The Chancellor of the Exchequer stated that he was still unable to make a statement because he had not yet received a reply to the proposals he had made to Washington.-Router.
