The following report of the Executive Council was submitted by Rev. N. Y. Halward:-The Executive Council has had two. meetings since the last Diocesan conference. The chief business has been in connexion with the future of St. Peter's Church, West Point and a new church at Kowloon Tong. It is considered there is need for a church in that district.
A suitable site for a church has now been definitely reserved by the Government.. It is the wish of the Executive Council that the subject of church extension and the relationship of the new church at Kowloon Tong to the existing churches in the Colony be dis- cussed at the present meeting of the Diocesan Conference.

EORGIA TECH has a unique formation will an unbalanced line that has worked wel for teams from thai southern school."...
The diagram at left shows how the team fines up with the strong aide to the right of the center, and a wingback fantung the right end or, i this case, the left end who has moved over to the right side of the line.
The quarterback stands with his back to the center. At the signal, the center amps the ball to the quarter who received it between his legs. From thus position fe can either make a lateral pass belund the lines, or give the ball to a buck for a smash into the line. Reverses and spinner "plays are often worked from this famation.
