London, Mar. 17. The MacDonald disarmament scheme has had a good press reception in Britain.
The Times commenting on the proposals says they are bold, comprehensive and precise, re- fecting credit, on. the British delegation and the Premier who presented them to the world in so swift and resolute a manner.
But the plan has had a cool reception in Germany, as the papers complain there is no sign of arms equality in them."
