A memorial service to the late Mr. Blanchett will be held at o'clock this afternoon in At John's Cathedral, Hongkong. The funeral takes place in Canton to-day, and it is understood that the burial service will be conduct ed by the Bishop of Victoria, who left for Canton, yesterday!
