Genuine comedy material was laid right in the laps of motion picture producers when Nevada passed its Rix weeks residence law, making Reno the divorce capital of the world, Most of the movie producers muited the opportunity. But Radio Pictures
executives made full ake of it turn ing out "Peach O'Reno". This is the funniest Wheeler-Woolsey comedy to dato. Other divorce farces will have to do some high vaulting to top this. The picture is jammed full of hilar lous gage and has a cast that can put them over. In past Wheeler-Woolsey films, the two stars had to do morao- thing. One particularly funny quence is the farce love making of Woolsey and Misa O'Neal. It's riot, with Miss O'Neal copping alight edge for laughs.
We never have been able to under- stand why this young comedian who was a tremendous hit on the Broad- way stage, hamn't been more in do- mand in pictures. Its a safe bet that she will be after this picture. An other funny sequence shows Wheeler as a female impersonator, and how that boy can impersonate. Director William Selter also deserves con- alderable praise for the grand way which he keeps things moving.
