XLT Telegrams conveying Christmas and New Year Grestings will be accepted by the Government Radio Office for transmission via Radio during the period from 14th December, 1932 to 0th January, 1933, both dates,Inclusive,
(a) The charge for tolegrams to Shanghai and Const Ports will be on one quarter the ordinary rate and to other places on one-third, the ordinary ralo,
(b) The Minimum charge for all places will be for ton worda. Full particulars may be had on, application to the Radio Office. BROADCASTING RECEIVING LICENCES, 1983.
All Existing Licences expired on 31st December, 1032.. ́. New Liconces for 1039 will be available at the Wireless Licensing Omce, Int Floor, Post Office Building, as from 1st January, 1933 and will bo issued during working hours against the receipt of a remittance of $10.00.

(a) personally.
(b) by messenger.
(c) by post
It la cadential under (c) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applica- tions should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hongkong.
