London, Nov. 29. Negotiations described as "very delicate" are proceeding between the Anglo Persian company and the Persian Government in regard to the latter's cancellation of the 'Arcy concession, covering half a million square miles.

The differences concern future conditions and methods of the calculation of the Royalty which has been discussed for some years.
