MONEY CLAIM IN DISPUTE

An appeal against a judgment delivered by Mr. R. E. Lindsell, acting Puisno Judge, in Septem- ber last year, was opened at the Full Court this morning before the Chief Justico (Sir Josoph Kemp) and the Pulsne Judge (Mr. Justice Wood).
