Soong (Finance), Wang Shao-hung (Home Affalta), Taong Chung-ming (Railways), Kuo Meng-yu (In- dustry) and others will visit Shanghat during the wook-end to hold a final conference with Mr. Wang Ching-wel prior to tho flatter's departure for France to re- cuperate after his long finess. The departure of the President of the | Executivo Yuan will be accompariled by further important changes in the Five Yuans which may pave the l way for the return of Mr. Sun Fo.

Mr. Sun Fo's return to Nanking will mean co-operation between the Kuomintang Centriste and tho military party under Marshal Chiang Kai-shek to form a new Cabinet in the Executive Yuan with Mr. Soong ng Financa Minister and Mr. Sun Fo as Premier.

In a statement to newspaper cor- respondents, Mr. Chen Kung-poh said yesterday that Mr. Wang Ching-wel had decided to leave for France and a final conference be tween Mr. Wang and the ministers has been arranged.
