Letters will be despatched fortnightly by the French Mail atcamor scheduled to connect at Saigon with the Air Mail. As the Air Mail Se vica is weekly other vessels if available will be used in intervening week

Letters for this route should be marked "Saigon-Marseilles Air Ser vice" and banded in at the G.P.O. or Kowloon Post Office.

Mails can now be forwarded to Europe vin Siberia. Letters and postcards

for Europe and South America are forward-

ed "vin Siberia" it to bed.

Information has received from the Japanese Post Office that the Siberian mails held up by floods in Manchuria have now been divert- ed from the China Eastern Railway and forwarded by the Northorn Route to Vladivostock. They will arrive in Kobe on the 26th and should rench Hongkong about September 2nd. The homeward mall is forwarded by the Northern route from Vladivostock but no such interruption has occurred. This route however gives a weekly instead of the normal bi- weekly service and the time of transit is several days longer.

The next mail for Europe vin Siberia will be sent by the Empress of Japan on the 26th. This mail will proceed via Kobe, Tauruga" anıl Vladivostock.
