Four ounces grated cheese, boz. brown Ireadchumbs, salt and pepper, a little sage, a small onion (grated), an egg.
Mix the ingredients together, then adil the beaten yolk of egg, and a little milk if necessary. Shape into sausages and brush over with white of egg.
Fry a golden brown in hot fat and serve with green "splad.
Nut Cutlets.

of mixed nuts (ground), doz, brown breadcrumbs, a small onion (grated), salt and pepper. a little sage.
Mix the ingredients together with a little hot milk into a stift shape.
Cut into cutlets and fry a golden brown. To make a nut roart, wrap the mixture in greased paper and cook in a moderate oven in a greased tin until the outside is brown and crusty.
Lentil Toast.
