When Enst played the jack, the declarer tromped with the four of hearts and then led his king of hearts. The six of hearts was led to dummy's jack, which picked up the outstanding trump. You will notice that the seven of spades in dummy is good and the declarer led it, discarding his losing diamond.
He then won the last two tricks with his two trump.
The declarer had nothing to lose in dropping a spade instead of a diamond. If the spades would break three-bree, he could see an extra trick.
