TWO KOWLOON LOTS SOLD YESTERDAY.
At yesterday's sale of Crown Lund at the Public Works Depart ment office, a plot of about 20,600 square feet of land situated at Kowloon Tong was sold to Messra. Cheung Yau-kuen, Lam Yau-kan and Tai Yan-cheung for $17,600. The upset price was $14,800.
Another lot of about 9,250 square feet situated at Prince Edward Road, Kowloon City, was bought by Mr. E. M. Hazeland for $15,700, the unit price being $13,875.
