SHANGHAI, Feb. 23, 12.31 p.m. BRILLIANT ATTACK CARRIED OUT BY THE CHINESE AT KIANGWAN IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THIS MORNING HAS RESULTED, IT IS REPORTED BY RELIABLE QUARTERS, IN THE ROLLING UP OF THE JAPANESE RIGHT WING, WHICH WAS FORCED TO RETIRE AFTER SUFFERING HEAVY CASUALTIES.
