The development of Hawalf and the important part played by Chinese in that development was the subject of na interesting address which was delivered by Mr. William Kwai Fong Yap, at yesterday's meeting of the Hong- kong Rotary Club, which was held in Messrs. Lane Crawford'n Restaurant under the Chairman- ship of the Hon. Mr. S. W, Tso.
