The Colonial Treasurer moved the following resolution:-Resolved under section 41 (1) of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance,
1911. trillance No. 9 of 1911, as amend ed by the Liquors Amendment Ordinance, 1931, that, in addition to the duties upon intoxicating liquors set out in the Resolution of the 26th February, 1931, published by Government Notification No.
9 of 1031, as amended by Gov Prnment Notification No. 414 of 1991, the following duty shall be paid on spirituous liquors other than intoxicating liquors, namely:
On perfumed spirits, medicated spiritu and toilet preparations, con- taining more than ten per cent, of pure alcohol by weight....$10,00 per gallon.
Provided that the said duty of $19.00 shall be conventional dollars reckoned as the equivalent of one shilling and eight pesce, sterling;; and consequently to arrive at
