9 of 1031, as amended by Gov Prnment Notification No. 414 of 1991, the following duty shall be paid on spirituous liquors other than intoxicating liquors, namely:

On perfumed spirits, medicated spiritu and toilet preparations, con- taining more than ten per cent, of pure alcohol by weight....$10,00 per gallon.
