In the Summary Court this morning the Puiano Judge (Mr. Justice Lindsell) delivered a written judgment in an action which was recently before him concerning the legal ownershin of stolen glass..
The parties to the action were Lee Yu-heung, trading under the firm name of Lee Yu-kee.
