An allegation that the French Government of Indo-China was attempting to get hold of two alleged political fugitives when they were not entitled to do so was made by Mr. F. C. Jenkin before the Chief Justlee (Sir | Joseph Kemp) at the Supreme Court this morning, during an application for a writ of habeas corpus in respect of two An- namites who are at present de- tained at Victorin Gaol.
