A tragic drowning incident, followed by a sensational stabbing affair, in which the father of one of two boys who lost their lives, attack- ed fellow inmates of his house whilst, apparently, overwrought by grief, is re- ported from Wanchai. The dramatic affair occurred yes- terday afternoon.

Describing the circumstances of the drowning tragedy, a re- part submitted to Police Head- quarters states that two boys. Choi Un, aged 11, of 31 Wing Fung Street, second floor, and Lam Tung-ching, aged 14, of 22. Wing Fung Street, ground floor, were bathing off the Praya wall near Fenwick Street yesterday afternoon.
