When tho front wheels aro aligned, they are far from parallel. They are slightly closer at the bottom then at the top-u feature called "cambor" by the engineers. And they are also slightly closer together in front than in the rear- what the engineers call "toe-in." In addition, the steering knuckles and spindles are "cambered" to conform with that of the wheela, a matter of about two degrees from the vertical.
