Sip-Having read more than one letter to yourself regarding an article which appeared in your paper in its issue of May 14, entitled "Portugal,' Land of Bad- less Unrest" by William J. Mnkin, in which the writer refers to a number of circumstances connect. ed with recent events in Portugal and the Portuguese colonles, 1 feel that not one of the writers Jinx attempted to refute Mr. Makin's accusations.
