BOXER INDEMNITY.

BOARD TO BE UNDER EXECUTIVE YUAN.

Nanking. March 28. The National Government has promulgated regulations regarding the organisation and functions of the Board of Trustees for the Boxer Indemnity Fund.

The Board will be under the head Executive Yuan and the office will be at Nanking, but meet- ing places may be designated from time to time-by-the-Board.

The Chairman of the Bourd will be appointed by the National Gov- crament, while the Vice-President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer will be elected by the Board it- self. Membership of the Board will be honorary, but travelling expenses will be reimburad. The Board may engage clerks and other assistants if necessary, and at the eud of every fiscal year the Board shall submit a report to the Execu- tive Yann-Reuter.
