That the Company "Compagnie des Messageries Maritimes" be Heves in keeping sheail of the times, will be clearly demonstrated by the arrival of the magnificent Diesel Liner, the M.M. "Felix Roussel," due to arrive in Hongkong early next week. This ship is the latest addition to the large fleet of this well-known Company, and she has now taken her place in the regular traffic linking Europe with China and Japan. The name of the liners of the Messageries Maritimes is always chosen with the greatest consideration, and it is in honor of the late and former Chairman of the Company, that at its meeting of 5th, October, 1926, the Board of Directors decided to attribute the name of "Feils Roussel' to one of their latest shipt in memory of the frameḥse services rendered by this notable personality.

The M.M. "Felix Roussel" embodies many novel features which will meet with the keen appreciation of passengers travelling on her. The suites and stale rooms, known as "cabine de luxo" and "semi-luxe" respectively contain beautiful bathrooms panelled in marble.
