Honda nd Akiyama were win- nors in the open doubles tennis: championship yesterday, defeating Wong and Taof without being the St. John's Cathedral. Hongkong, least bit extended. The match finished at the second set, though. the losers did well to capture six games all told.
Horace Lo and Iu also advanced In this competition, eliminating S. MEMBERS BADGES ANDE. Green and his son, in straight. Heta. The first, taken to ten games, of intereating provided plenty rallies, but the losers were unable to stand the pace, and gave no fight in the second set.

Bookmakers. Tic Tac men, &c. will not be permitted to operate within the precincts of the Hong- kong Jockey Clab during the Race Meeting.
SERVANTS PASSES. Pлases for Servants will be ssued on application to Messrs. Linstead and Davis, Alexandra Buildings.
Employers are requested to dis tribute them with discrimination and to endorse their names on the Danses.
Servants are not permitted in the Members Enclosure except for pussing through on their duties, but must remmin in their em- ployers' standa.
Any persons found loitering with Servants' Passes in their possession will forfeit the same and will be removed from the enclosure.
