REBELS ROUTED IN BRIEF RISING.

In a skirmish with Government troops, numerous casualties were: reported. The rebela captured the Governor of Huesca and his aide- de-camp, who were on their way to Jaca in search of news, and also the Bishop of Jacn, whom they are holding na hostages.
Government troops have been stationed at Huesca to stem the advance of the rebels. Tho frat real test of strength between the rebels and Government troop is expected to-day.
