Fresh Fruit Summer Pydding.---- Raspberries or loganberries are beat for this, as they have plenty of juice. Mash the fruit well, and cover liberally with sugar, and add the juice of an orange and half a Line a pudding basin lemon. with fingers of bread, and fill up with the fruit puree, covering the basin with more fingers of bread.
