The site to be cleared and levelled, trees cut down and the old stumps removed, Trenches for Foundations to be then marked out and sunk- for the main walls 4 feet below the present surface and to be 4 feet wide, trenches for the smaller walls to be 3 feet wide and 3 feet deep
