To-morrow's Interesting
Pictures.
There will be a varied and interesting selection of pic- tures in to-morrow's issue of the Telegraph Art Supplement.
Amongst these will be 2 batch of portraits of candi- dates who were successful in the recent Trinity Collera of Music examinations, more of which will appear in next week's issue.
An unusually interesting picture will be that of Gen- eral Lui Woon-yim, Governor of Kwangsi, who was assas- sinated in Canton. recently, together with the personal bodyguard who is said to have confessed to the crime.
Other illustrations will deal with the Race Meeting, lawn bowls and tennis matches, the opening of the Chinese Bathing Club premises, and a group taken in Swatow on the occasion of a presentation to Captain Pennefather on his retirement.

"He always showed himself irrepressible in spirits," says a Police frlend who, with many others in Hongkong, had come into happy contact with Mr. Shaw during the last three years when the latter had to come down here for treatment at the Government Civil Hospital. "He knew his case was hopeless, and yet you would not have thought so to judge from the cheerful and light-hearted way he carried on."
One answer read: "The essential thing about the earth from an agri- cultural standpoint is that it re- volves on its axis, thereby provid- ing for the rotation of crops."
