In many respects, the City of Victoria is quite up-to-date as far as general traffic arrange.nents are concerned, with one glaring example, and that concerns lack of attention paid by ordinary traffic to the warning bells or syrens of the Fire Brigade. Coupons may be obtained from the Association's Trea- surers, Messrs, Linstead and Davis Alexandra Building- at $10.00 per book of ten and they will be issued in the name of the applicant Member for. cash and only if his current or outstanding subscription has been paid to the Association.
5. Not more than two books may be held by any one Mem- ber at any one time.
