It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate. which should be clearly marked "Tender for Quarry," will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 14th day of April,, 1930, for the occupation for a period ending 31st December, 1931, from the date of notification of acceptance of tender, of any or either of the pieces or parcel of ground referred to in the schedule hereander, shown coloured red on plan signed by the Director of Public Works and dated 7th March, 1930, but subject to certain conditiona which can be ascertained at the office of the Director of Public Works, D
Each tender must be accompanied by a receipt to the effect that the tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum as stated in the schedule hereunder opposite to each quarry as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if the tenderer refuses to carry out his tender and comply with the conditions hereinafter contained, should the tender be accepted.
