The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Mahony, of 37 Drayton Gardens, London, and the bridegroom is the son of Major and Mrs, D. Graham Shillington, of Ardeevin, Strandtown, Co. Down, Ireland. Lieut. Shillington is a popular officer, taking a keen interest in most sports. He is best known as a horseman, being a fast pole player, and a jockey at local gymkhanas and race meetings.

Miss Mahony wore a gown of sunburn satin, with a train and penil girdle, a tulle veil and a pearl Russian headdress.
