Brigadier Heath, commanding the Tientsin Area, who was recently operated on for appendicitis, is now well on the way to recovery, and it is expected that he will be able to resume command, which was temporarily taken over by Colonel Brownrigg, bý the middle of the month. Col. Brown- rigg will then continus his tour of North China, and return to Hongkong on completion.
